Job summary

Kapston Services is seeking an experienced accountant to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, financial reporting, TDS and GST compliances, and MIS reporting using Tally ERP 9 and Oracle NetSuite.

The candidate should have 3–8 years of relevant experience, CA (second attempt), ICWA (CMA) or M.Com (Regular), strong Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliations, and hands-on GST/TDS filings.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience as an accountant.
• CA (Second Attempt), ICWA (CMA) or M.Com (Regular) degree.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP software with knowledge of GST filling and TDS return preparation.

Responsibilities

• Core accounting: AP, AR, budgeting, financial reporting, TDS and GST compliance, MIS reporting.
• 3+ years practical experience in TDS/GST compliance, statutory filings, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Tally ERP 9 proficiency.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite accounting modules is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis, financial reporting, reconciliations, and MIS.
• Manage AP, AR and cash flow.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow.
• Ensure GST filing and TDS submissions on time.
• Maintain accurate records using Tally ERP.
• Support audits with documentation and schedules.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Relevant hands-on experience in core accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Budgeting, Financial Reporting, TDS and GST compliances (including GST /TDS return filing and recompilations), and MIS reporting.

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in TDS/GST compliances, statutory compliances, budget preparation, and financial reporting.

• Sound working knowledge and practical experience in Tally ERP 9.

• Rich hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite accounting modules would be preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel, particularly for data analysis, financial reporting, reconciliations, and MIS preparation.

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow.
  


• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  


• Ensure timely GST filing and TDS return submission.
  


• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using Tally ERP software.
  


• Provide support in auditing processes by preparing necessary documents and schedules.
  

Desired Candidate Profile
