Job summary

Whiz Consulting is seeking a seasoned US Real Estate Accountant to manage US accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger for real estate clients in India. You will prepare monthly balance sheets for properties under management and coordinate with property managers for rent collection and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate has 5-10 years in US accounting or real estate, strong knowledge of US mortgage concepts, and hands-on experience with balance sheet finalisation and property
