Job summary

AM Jain Chartered Accountants in Bengaluru seeks a diligent accounts professional to handle day-to-day accounting, maintain books, and manage transactions using Zoho Books.

You will prepare monthly MIS reports, handle GST, TDS and other compliance, reconcile accounts, coordinate with auditors, and ensure timely close of books.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain books of accounts.
• Manage accounting transactions and records using Zoho Books.
• Prepare and review accounting entries, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and trial balances.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor/customer reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare GST returns, TDS returns, reconciliations, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required schedules and supporting documents.
• Ensure timely closure of books and maintain proper accounting records.
• Identify and resolve accounting and reconciliation discrepancies.
• Assist in statutory, tax, and internal audits.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
