  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accounts updated in a timely & accurate basis & ensure that there is a process backup in place for every critical operation
  • Maintaining the stock position
  • Mange the daily returns, ensure suitable quality checks and stacking
  • Manage the warehouse space optimally by suitable inventory management
  • Neatly arrange the stocks in traceable locations and create logical storage system
  • Monthly Reconciliation of Tally Data with online sales & returns data from portals
  • Ensure compliance as per government norms, filing all direct & indirect tax returns well within due dates and ensure timely statutory payments
  • Monthly Bank reconciliation
  • Monthly Debtors/Creditors ledger reconciliation
  • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
  • Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
  • Printing/issuing bar-codes
  • Mange the daily quality control process & document the data
  • Attending all phone calls on land line & office mobile
  • Attending to walk in customers/Visitors
  • Arranging Transport vehicles
  • Handling service/repair related issues of retail & B2B customers
  • Co-ordinate with clients regarding delivery time/date, obtain appointments
  • Follow ups with transporters for timely delivery as per appointment
  • Handling the attendance of the entire staff
  • All other works involved in the smooth functioning of the office
  • Production follow up & timely receiving the goods
  • Purchase of pantry and other office stationery
  • Online Order Processing everyday
  • Send out the couriers everyday
  • Creating packing lists before dispatch
