Master Data Management (MDM)
- Oversee the accuracy, consistency, and security of employee master data across HR systems.
- Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to enhance data workflows and system integrations.
- Oversee MDM updates for lifecycle changes onboarding, transfers, exits, etc.
- Monitor adherence to Group Insurance policy inclusions, exclusions, and death claim processing.
- Lead and manage Benefits & MDM teams under defined SLAs.
Employee Reimbursement
- Manage end-to-end employee reimbursement processes including policy adherence, claim validation, and timely disbursement.
- Drive automation and digitization of reimbursement workflows for improved efficiency.
Payroll Management
- Supervise monthly payroll processing ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Payroll cycle inputs, reconciliations, validations, tax filings, and audits.
- Monitor payroll system performance and recommend enhancements.
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Lead a team of HR operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
- Develop and implement SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs for operational excellence.
- Support HR transformation initiatives including process reengineering and system upgrades.
- Coordinate with Finance, Audit, and Insurance stakeholders for process compliance and approvals.
- Drive periodic internal audits, reconciliations, and data validation checks.
- Collaborate with Digital HR / IT to implement new functionalities and data automations.
- Act as the key escalation point for all issues related to payroll, benefits, and reimbursements.
- Create and update SOPs, trackers, dashboards, and ensure documentation hygiene.
- Conduct regular capability building and process training within the team.
- Ensure timely updates and audits of employee records in compliance with internal policies and data privacy regulations.
- Partner with Finance and Audit teams to ensure compliance and resolve discrepancies.
- Liaise with Finance, Tax, and Compliance teams for audits, filings, and reconciliations.
