• Graduate/Postgraduate in Science; MBA preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience with 1-2 years inside sales.
• Experience managing key accounts and large distributors.
• Strong interest in business development and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through distributors and by identifying new channel partners and business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads via inbound follow-ups, outbound cold calls, and emails to build a strong sales pipeline and close deals.
• Provide quotations and commercial documentation; coordinate with internal teams for order execution and issue resolution.
• Monitor distributor performance, stock movement, orders, and collections for business continuity.
• Maintain updated customer database and understand customer needs to deliver effective solutions.
• Track competitor activities and provide market insights to the reporting manager.

What We Are Looking For:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Science; MBA preferred.
• 5-8 years of relevant industry experience, with 1-2 years of inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong ability to manage key accounts, large distributors, and strategic customers.
• Proven interest and capability in business development and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Good understanding of industry trends, customer requirements, and market dynamics.
