Job summary

SHINING 3D Dental is hiring a proactive field sales professional to expand and manage the dental product distribution network. You will visit dental offices and organizations, learn product features, and drive market development, customer acquisition, and account management in a fast-growing environment.

A Bachelor’s degree is required, English proficiency is essential, and frequent travel is expected to support regional roadshows, demonstrations, and warehousing partners.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage the sales distribution network for the company’s dental digital products in the region.
• Oversee and maintain relationships with distributors, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of product features, functions, and operations to effectively represent and support the product line.
• Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional sales activities, including roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and development of KOLs and KOCs.

The portfolio includes Aoralscan IO Scanners, MetiSmile Facial Scanners, AccuFab Printers, Wash, Cure, Resins and AutoScan desktop scanners. We are changing dentistry from analog to digital and making our products available through dental supply dealers. As a Shining 3D Sales team member, you will visit dental offices and organizations.
