Job summary

SHINING 3D DENTAL is seeking dynamic sales professionals to join our fast-growing team. You will expand and manage the sales distribution network for dental digital products in Indonesia, build distributor relationships, and promote our IO Scanning and digital workflow solutions through events, demos, and roadshows.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or higher, strong market development and communication skills, willingness to travel frequently, and proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage the sales distribution network for the company’s dental digital products in Indonesia, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.
• Oversee and maintain relationships with distributors, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of product features, functions, and operations to effectively represent and support the product line.
• Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional sales activities, including roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and the development of KOLs and KOCs.

Shining 3D Dental has immediate openings on our sales team. Shining 3D Technology sells a complete suite of dental digital workflow products. The portfolio includes Aoralscan IO Scanners, MetiSmile Facial Scanners, AccuFab Printers, Wash, Cure, Resins and AutoScan desktop scanners. We are changing dentistry from analog to digital and making our products available through dental supply dealers. As a Shining 3D Sales team member, you will visit dental offices and organizations.
