Job summary

Bercos Melody House is seeking an experienced accounts leader to manage end-to-end accounting, P&L, cash and fund flow, along with balance sheets and statutory compliance. The role requires overseeing audits, timely reporting, and strong controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will lead the accounts team, delegate tasks, and ensure timely, precise work with proactive issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years accounts experience.
• Skilled in P&L, balance sheet, statutory compliance, audits, online aggregator reconciliation and reporting.
• Strong team leadership; proficient in Tally/ERP and Excel.
