Job summary

Alfanzyme Life Science seeks a finance professional to lead financial forecasting, resource allocation and cash flow management. The role supports P&L tracking and the development of quarterly and annual operating plans, collaborating with department heads on performance management and talent development.

The candidate will develop scalable processes, provide risk assessments for the leadership team, and deliver MIS and visualizations to highlight financial and business performance.

Qualifications

• Forecasting financial results, allocating resources and managing cash flows.
• Tracking P&L and supporting quarterly/yearly operating plans and resource decisions.
• Ensuring cash position is optimized via financial planning and working capital management.

Job description

Financial Management: Forecasting financial results, allocate resources and manage cash flows, conduct profit and cost analysis.

Performance Management: Track Business P&L, lead strategic finance processes and finance inputs to company-wide strategy including preparing and tracking quarterly and yearly operating plans and resource decisions.

• Manage company cash position via financial planning, optimizing working capital, capital investments, and the balance between profitability and growth
• Ensure that proper systems are in place for books, inventory, accounts, and audits. Work with leadership stakeholders (department heads) for performance management and talent development plan for their teams

Develop and implement processes commensurate with size, scale, complexity, and business needs .

• Analyze and provide regular business risk assessment reports with respect to business drivers to the Leadership Team
• Produce presentations, MIS and visualizations of financial and business results.
