Job summary

Gopala Fresh Produce in Delhi seeks a diligent accounting professional to ensure compliance with accounting principles and tax regulations. The role covers GST filings, TDS/TCS returns, and maintaining accurate ledgers across AP and AR.

You will perform bank reconciliations, coordinate with auditors, and manage inventory in Tally. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for timely financial reporting and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Experience with GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS/TCS filings and GSTR2B reconciliation.
• Experience in bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reviews, and AP/AR management.
• Coordinate with internal and external statutory auditors and provide schedules.
• Hands-on with Tally Prime and inventory management in accounting software.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting Knowledge : Good accounting knowledge to Ensure compliance with accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Statutory Compliance: Good knowledge and Experience of GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS/TCS returns filling and GSTR2B reconciliation.
• Ledger Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reviews, and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external statutory auditors to provide necessary schedules and documentation.
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with accounting packages Tally Prime. Good knowledge to maintain inventory in Tally.
• Excel Skills: Advanced MS Excel proficiency including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables,etc.
• Inventory management.
