Qualifications

• CA Inter / CMA Inter qualification.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliation.
• Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and related documentation.
• Assist in Direct Tax compliance, including Income Tax and TDS-related activities.
• Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure timely statutory payments.
• Perform GST input tax credit reconciliation with purchase records and portals.
• Support preparation of financial statements, schedules, and audit-related documents.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, expenses, payments, receipts, and statutory documents.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities as required.
• Assist in handling notices, assessments, and documentation related to GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Ensure timely compliance with applicable tax regulations and deadlines.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain proper accounting and taxation records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial documentation. The role will primarily focus on Direct Tax and Indirect Tax matters, including GST, TDS, income tax compliance, reconciliations, and related accounting activities.
