• Lead end-to-end financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting processes
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements.
• Manage internal and external audits, and maintain financial controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data‑driven decision‑making
• Oversee accounting operations, financial accounting and forecasting
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
• Provide financial insights for cost optimization and revenue growth strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (preferred)
• Experience in finance operations within medical devices/pharmaceuticals (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Tally (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, GST, and billing compliance
• Good Tally, Excel and MS Office skills
