Job summary

NiCE is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue across large enterprise accounts with a focus on Agentic AI, CCaaS, and digital CX transformation.

You will build strategic relationships, lead multi-stakeholder deals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver AI-led CX outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a track record of quota attainment.
• Proven experience selling Agentic AI / Generative AI / Conversational AI / CCaaS into large enterprises.
• Strong hunter mindset with ability to open new logos and grow strategic accounts.
• Experience managing large, multi-million-dollar deals in complex environments.
• Deep understanding of CX transformation, automation, and SaaS platforms.
• Exceptional CXO/VP level stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to navigate a matrixed global organization and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and consistently achieve/exceed annual quotas across enterprise accounts.
• Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
• Identify and pursue large strategic deals focused on Agentic AI, CCaaS, and digital CX.
• Develop account strategies for complex, multi-stakeholder global accounts.
• Build and maintain C-level and senior executive relationships.
• Position AI-led automation and CX transformation to client outcomes.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, product, delivery and partners for fit and implementation.
• Expand accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and enterprise-wide agreements.
• Lead virtual global account teams for coordinated execution.
• Stay ahead of market trends in Agentic AI, GenAI, automation and CX tech.

We are looking for a high-impact Enterprise Account Executive with deep expertise in Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across large enterprise accounts by building strategic relationships, identifying transformational opportunities, and delivering cutting-edge AI-led CX solutions.

How will you make an impact?

• Own and consistently achieve/exceed annual sales quotas across enterprise accounts
• Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, including prospecting, solutioning, negotiation, and closure
• Identify and build large, strategic deals focused on Agentic AI, CCaaS, and digital CX transformation
• Develop and execute account strategies for complex, multi-stakeholder global accounts
• Build and maintain strong C-level and senior executive relationships
• Position AI-led automation, virtual agents, and customer experience transformation solutions aligned to client business outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, product, delivery, partners) to ensure solution fit and successful implementation
• Expand existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and enterprise-wide agreements
• Lead virtual global account teams to drive coordinated execution
• Stay ahead of market trends in Agentic AI, GenAI, automation, and CX technologies

Have you got what it takes?

• 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience (mandatory), with a strong track record of quota achievement
• Proven experience selling Agentic AI / Generative AI / Conversational AI / CCaaS solutions into large enterprises
• Strong hunter mindset with ability to open new logos and grow strategic accounts
• Experience managing large, complex, multi-million-dollar deals
• Deep understanding of CX transformation, automation, and SaaS platforms
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, especially at CXO / VP level
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a matrixed global organization and lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• High ownership, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience selling platforms similar to CCaaS, AI automation, workforce engagement, or digital CX suites
• Exposure to GenAI use cases, Agentic workflows, LLM-based automation
• Experience with SaaS subscription models and enterprise licensing structures
