Job summary

Ciel HR in Bengaluru is seeking a Junior/Associate in Financial Accounting to manage day-to-day accounting tasks. The role involves handling accounts payable, supplier invoices, MIS reporting, and ensuring timely payments across branches.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of finance experience, with strong MS Excel skills, and familiarity with TDS and GST. This is a full-time position in Bangalore.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Fluent communication in English and Hindi or Kannada is preferred.
• Knowledge of TDS and GST is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Accounts Payable and supplier accounts.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and clear payments.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and support month-end closure activities.
• Review invoices for applicable TDS/withholding tax implications.
• Book vendor invoices and ensure timely supplier payments.
• Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Support and coordinate monthly audit activities.
• Track payment invoices with respective branches.
• Prepare payable reconciliation statements and aging reports.
• Coordinate with partners for payment, TDS and GST reconciliations.
• Handle booking of prepaid expenses and provisions.
• Support day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
