Job summary

Amar Industries, based in Rajasthan, Alwar, is seeking an Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, including bill booking, receipts, payments and invoicing. The role involves daily bank reconciliations, petty cash handling, and management of accounts payable and receivable.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in standard accounting processes within a manufacturing or FMCG environment, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Should have rich experience in day-to-day accounting activities including bill booking, receipts, payments and invoicing.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flow.
• Handle petty cash and related transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and record routine accounting transactions on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure timely invoicing, receipts and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate vendor and customer ledgers.
• Assist in month-end close and financial reporting as required.
