Job summary

Vision Global Solution is seeking a UK Accounts Executive to join our Ahmedabad finance team. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, accurate data entry, and proficiency with Excel.

You will maintain UK client records, process invoices, perform reconciliations, and support reporting with a focus on accuracy and timely collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong accounting software knowledge.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records for UK clients.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent computer skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilites

• Maintain and update accounting records for UK clients.
• Process purchase invoices, sales invoices, and bank transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain accurate documentation and Accounting records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting queries.
• Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office , especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong command of computers and accounting software.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
