Project Role : Application Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Management Level : 11

Work Experience : 2.5-4 years

Work location : Gurugram

Must Have Skills :

1. Expertise in writing PowerShell scripts from scratch and automating management of vSphere and configuration.
2. Good knowledge in Puppet, DevOps, JavaScript, and building APIs.
3. Expertise in automating Infrastructure use cases and integrating with ServiceNow.
4. vRealize Automation End-to-End support and development.
5. vRA and vRO Administrator Installation, configuration, upgrade, and management.
6. Configuring and troubleshooting vRA, vRO.
7. Developing Blueprints on vRA.

Technical Experience :

1. Experience and knowledgeable on developing, debugging, and simulating scenarios/use cases on VRA/VRO.
2. Holds good knowledge of ServiceNow and monitoring tools.
