Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Configure Workflows in the ServiceNow platform
2. Ensure service support delivery like 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support for all incident and problem-related activities for the service
3. Resolve ad hoc challenges including break fix
4. Work with release/version upgrades

Technical Experience:

1. Good understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including, but not limited to, ITSM, Change Management, Custom Development, etc.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience with Service-Now and worked on Service Now applications scoped and global applications
3. Worked with 3rd party integrations
4. Worked on Incident management, problem management, change management and knowledge management
5. Troubleshooting Service Now performance issues
6. Worked on ITSM, ITOM or HR
