Project Role: Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description: Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technology administration services in support of the enterprise-wide Informatica software platform that empower our internal and external customers to communicate effectively and make better business decisions.
2. Monitor the infrastructure to ensure the information technology services and enterprise software applications are performing at optimal levels to meet all service level objectives.
3. Lead the implementation of software upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.

Technical Experience:

1. 10 years of relevant work experience managing the infrastructure and software for an enterprise scale Informatica environment.
2. Strong knowledge of many of the following Informatica products: Power Center, Data Engineering Integration (DEI), Data Engineering Streaming (DES), Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC), Axon, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, Power Exchange, and Power Exchange Change Data Capture (CDC).
3. Strong Linux System Administration experience along with expertise in command line.
