Project Role: Application Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description: Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Management Level: 11

Work Experience: 2.5-4 years

Work Location: Bengaluru

Must Have Skills:

  1. Good technical support experience
  2. Knowledge of networking concepts and technologies
  3. Excellent customer service skills
  4. MCSA Windows 2008/2012 or equivalent knowledge level favorable

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Performs second level support of problems identified and aims to resolve
  2. Monitoring and investigating alerts
  3. Assisting senior members in providing administration, support for the IAM infrastructure
  4. Ensures that correct resolutions are found and involves appropriate areas in resolving problems
  5. Actively participates on IO initiatives and projects related activities
  6. Maintains internal procedural standards relating to IAM architecture, final approval is sought from manager
  7. Documents

Technical Experience: 2-4 years of supporting a Microsoft Active Directory environment

Professional Attributes: Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good priority management skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to facilitate knowledge transfer within team and outside customer groups. Ability to install and use a variety of software applications.

Educational Qualification: Any degree

Additional Information: Knowledge of MS PowerShell would be an added advantage. Ready to work in weekend shift permanently.
