Project Role: Application Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description: Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Management Level: 11

Work Experience: 2.5-4 years

Work Location: Bengaluru

Must Have Skills:

  1. At least 3-5 years of experience in an IT Function, of which 3 years of experience has been in Middleware IIS and Apache Tomcat
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in either of these technologies: WebSphere and WebLogic
  3. Experience with prioritizing work requests

Technical Experience:

  1. Experience in installing and configuring Apache, Tomcat, IIS and WebSphere
  2. Providing technical support which involves Request, Incident, Change and Problem Management; Support the BAU and Project activities
  3. Effective problem-solving skills and inherent decision-making ability
  4. Strong analytical skills including the ability to quickly identify the cause of issues with the system or determine if other teams need to be included in resolving an issue

Professional Attributes:

  1. Candidate should be able to apply required security updates and patches
  2. Good exposure on troubleshooting
  3. Must be willing to work in rotational shifts and on-call with 24/7 support

Educational Qualification: Any Graduation with 15 years of full-time education
