Job summary

Pashet is seeking an Academic Dean (Remote) to lead curriculum strategy, academic standards, and faculty development across a nationwide network of virtual campuses. You will drive the design of scalable governance policies, accreditation readiness, and data-driven decision making to elevate remote education outcomes.

• Collaborate with product/tech teams to integrate LMS analytics and adaptive learning tools.
• Drive accreditation and compliance with UGC, NAAC, and NCTE guidelines for remote education.
• Represent academic voice in cross-functional initiatives to enhance learner success and retention.
