Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and update HO and Outlets PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
  2. Monitor the WAN, LAN, and Wireless Infrastructure for threats or errors and identify general network problems.
  3. Install and configure computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
  4. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot IP phones and Asterisk Server.
  5. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot switches and firewalls.
  6. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot time attendance devices and managing software.
  7. Maintain PC and server security, system backups, and disaster recovery preparation.
  8. Create support tickets and trace them in the support portal.

Operating Systems and Software Administration:

  1. Deep knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server OS, and Linux OS.
  2. Software installation, troubleshooting, and training as needed.
  3. Installation of ERP and POS Software.

SAP ERP and CRM:

  1. Manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and support for SAP ERP, CRM, and related software in ABC Group.
  2. Provide SAP training to users as needed.
  3. Develop Crystal and query reports.
  4. Install and configure SAP and related software.
  5. User authorization and license management.

Virtualization and Cloud Infrastructure Administration:

  1. Knowledge of e-mail solutions (Office 365, G-Suite, etc.).
  2. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS).
  3. Knowledge of virtualization platforms (Hyper-V or VMware).
  4. EDR and DLP knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per year
