Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an ABAP Senior Developer to design and optimize SAP applications in SAP S/4HANA. You will develop ABAP programs, interfaces, and CDS views, while implementing enhancements and data migration tasks.

The role requires expertise in ABAP, CDS, AMDP, and RAP, with knowledge of Fiori, OData, Gateway, and performance tuning. Experience with Agile environments and Git is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of ABAP development experience with S/4HANA exposure.
• Proficiency in ABAP, CDS, AMDP, and RAP.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, OData, and Gateway.
• Understanding of SAP Data Dictionary, performance tuning, and debugging.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools (GIT).

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces in SAP S/4HANA.

Role Overview

The ABAP Senior Developer designs, develops, and optimizes SAP applications and enhancements using modern ABAP technologies in S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom programs, reports, and interfaces using ABAP and CDS views.
• Implement enhancements, BADIs, BAPIs, and user exits.
• Design OData services for Fiori applications.
• Design LSMWs for Data Migration.
• Optimize performance using best practices in S/4HANA coding.
• Support debugging, unit testing, and documentation.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Core ABAP, ABAP Objects, CDS, AMDP, and RAP.
• Proficiency in LSMW and Data Migration support activities.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, OData, and Gateway.
• Understanding of SAP Data Dictionary, performance tuning, and debugging.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools (GIT).

Qualifications
