Job summary

Metaphor Infotech Mumbai seeks a senior accounting consultant to analyze trial balances, income statements, balance sheets and cash flows, and to lead teams on international engagements with KPMG.

You will build strong relationships with onshore stakeholders, review deliverables, coach junior staff, support proposals and provide technical accounting advisory including GAAP/IFRS conversions and complex transaction accounting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams on international KPMG engagements and coaching team members.
• Provide technical accounting advisory and research, including new accounting standards.
• Assist with SEC filings, GAAP/IFRS conversions, and transaction accounting for M&A, carve-outs, IPOs, divestitures, financing structures, financial instruments, revenue recognition, and leases.
