Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to oversee day-to-day plant operations for a transformer/power equipment manufacturing facility. The role will coordinate Production, QA, Testing, Stores, PPC and Dispatch while ensuring production targets, quality, safety and manpower requirements are effectively managed.

Qualifications include BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 5–10 years in plant operations.

• Preferably from transformer, electrical equipment or power equipment manufacturing.
• Strong production planning and plant coordination.
• Good understanding of QA, testing, PPC, stores and Dispatch functions.
