Job summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited seeks a senior Anaplan Model Builder for a long-term contract in Bengaluru. You will own building and maintaining Anaplan models, collaborating with FP&A users and finance stakeholders to deliver accurate forecasts and scalable solutions.

The role requires handling deployed models, translating requests into fixes, and performing thorough testing, data validation, and end-user training. Shift: 1:30 PM–10:30 PM IST; client-facing position.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience working on deployed Anaplan models.
• Experience with FP&A users and financial forecasting.
• Strong communication skills; client facing.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance existing Anaplan models delivered during initial implementation.
• Translate incidents or requests into technical fixes and solutions.
• Unit testing, system and performance testing of model deliverables.
• Assist in data validation, migration and deployment of new models.
• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer.
• Work with Product Owners, business analysts and finance stakeholders to understand planning issues.
• Operate as Anaplan SME and act as trusted support contact.
• Train and share knowledge with users and peers.

Support and enhance existing models built during the initial implementation, delivering and maintaining all model components (lists, modules, actions, UX pages, dashboards etc)

Translate incidents or requests into technical fixes and/or solutions

Unit testing, system and performance testing of model deliverables

Supporting user acceptance test activities

Assisting in data validation, migration and deployment of new models

Providing end-user knowledge transfer, training and support

Work with Product Owners, business analysts and finance stakeholders (often senior) to understand financial planning issues and requests

Operating as an Anaplan SME - be a trusted point of contact for colleague support

Where appropriate, training, coaching and sharing knowledge with users and peers.
