Job summary

Techila Global in Pune is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong Banking domain background to join our Salesforce-focused team. You will gather requirements for banking APIs, core banking systems, and integrations, acting as a bridge between business users and the technical team.

Responsibilities include defining user stories, documenting flows, participating in API design (RESTful, OpenAPI/Swagger), and supporting UAT.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of core banking systems (e.g., Finacle, TCS BaNCS or Temenos).
• Solid understanding of APIs and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Experience in Agile and DevOps environments with stakeholder interaction.
• Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger and API design principles.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and test/UAT activities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for banking APIs, integrations, and core banking systems.
• Define user stories, use cases, and process flows; act as liaison between business users and tech teams.
• Design API-based solutions aligned with business goals; participate in API spec design.
