Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst with 6-8 years of BA experience and at least 3+ years in SailPoint IdentityIQ / IAM. This role spans Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad and pan-India delivery locations, requiring strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.

You will contribute to IAM governance initiatives, including SoD, RBAC, and JML, working with AD/LDAP/REST APIs and IAM tools like IIQ, while leveraging JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of SailPoint IdentityIQ / IAM domain experience.
• Proven skills in IAM governance, SoD, RBAC, and JML processes.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with AD/LDAP, REST APIs, and IAM tooling (IIQ).
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint; Agile/Scrum mindset.
