Job Summary

Minimum 1 – 2+ years technical experience supporting core business applications on cloud or similar environment.

Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration. Basic knowledge of Windows administration will be an added advantage.

Experience with AWS / Microsoft Azure / Google Cloud will be added advantage.

Ability to monitor, report and escalate in a 24×7 operations environment.

Some experience with MS SQL and MySQL (NoSQL experience is a plus, too, since we also use MongoDB).

Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.

Knowledge of any Ticketing System to track the requests and issues is desirable.

Ability to learn and adapt to mission critical applications support and monitoring.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹5,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
