Job summary

Innovaccer seeks an experienced Program Manager with deep Revenue Cycle Management and healthcare technology experience to lead end-to-end delivery for enterprise clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage Agile processes, and ensure success against contract goals and stakeholder expectations.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years total experience, 5+ years in program management within healthcare tech, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years total experience with 5+ years program mgmt in healthcare tech.
• Proven RCM workflows, payer-provider integrations, value-based care.
• Experience with large EHR implementations (Epic, Cerner).
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
• Degree in CS/Engineering or related field; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across scope, planning, risk, and issues.
• Manage Agile delivery and scale processes across teams.
• Own project execution against contract/service order and outcomes.
• Translate healthcare/RCM requirements into deliverables.
• Develop project artifacts: charters, Gantt charts, sprint plans.
• Track progress with Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence and others.
• Proactively manage risks and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Prepare governance reports, OKRs, KPIs, dashboards.
• Coordinate across product, engineering, and client teams.
• Oversee production transition and post-go-live support.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: planning, reviews, retros, demos.

A Day in the Life

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across scope, planning, risk, issue, communication, and integration management.
• Manage Agile delivery frameworks and scale processes across teams and stakeholders.
• Own project execution against contract/service order, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business outcomes.
• Translate complex healthcare and RCM requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts: charters, Gantt charts, sprint plans, best practices, and lessons learned.
• Track and report progress using tools like Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, and others.
• Proactively manage risks and issues, driving resolution through stakeholder collaboration.
• Prepare and present governance reports, OKRs, KPIs, and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate across product, engineering, infrastructure, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Oversee transition to production support and manage post-go-live activities including ticket resolution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, demos.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in project management and Agile delivery within the organization.

What You Need

• 10+ years of over all experience with 5+ years of core program management experience in healthcare technology and agile frameworks
• Proven experience in RCM workflows, payer-provider integrations, and value-based care models.
• Hands-on experience with large system implementations, especially EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, etc.).
• Very strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in project management and Agile tools: JIRA (Hands-on and must be able to write complex JQL’s), Confluence, Smart sheet, Rally; AI Tools (Hands-on).
• Experience with AI/LLM tools(e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) including prompt engineering and practical application to improve workflows, processes, or team efficiency.
• Experience with healthcare data formats: CCDA, HL7, FHIR.
• Familiarity with APIs, SQL, BI tools, and automation concepts.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with government healthcare programs is a plus..
