Innovaccer seeks a Program Manager with deep Revenue Cycle Management and healthcare technology implementation experience to lead cross-functional teams delivering complex solutions for enterprise clients.

You will drive Agile delivery, translate requirements into actionable plans, and ensure outcomes aligned with client goals and Innovaccer’s strategic vision. This role focuses on operational excellence and multi-million-dollar projects.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of overall experience with 5+ years in program mgmt in healthcare tech.
• Proven experience in RCM workflows, payer-provider integrations, value-based care.
• Hands-on with large system implementations, especially EHR platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Background in CS or Engineering; proficient PM/Agile tools and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across scope, planning, risk, issue, and integration.
• Manage Agile delivery frameworks and scale processes across teams and stakeholders.
• Own project execution against contract, aligning with client expectations.
• Translate healthcare/RCM requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain charters, Gantt charts, sprint plans, and lessons learned.
• Track progress using Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, and other tools.
• Proactively manage risks and issues with stakeholder collaboration.
• Prepare governance reports, OKRs, KPIs, and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate across product, engineering, infra, and client teams.
• Oversee transition to production support and post-go-live activities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and serve as PM/Agile subject matter expert.

A Day in the Life

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across scope, planning, risk, issue, communication, and integration management.
• Manage Agile delivery frameworks and scale processes across teams and stakeholders.
• Own project execution against contract/service order, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business outcomes.
• Translate complex healthcare and RCM requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts: charters, Gantt charts, sprint plans, best practices, and lessons learned.
• Track and report progress using tools like Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, and others.
• Proactively manage risks and issues, driving resolution through stakeholder collaboration.
• Prepare and present governance reports, OKRs, KPIs, and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate across product, engineering, infrastructure, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Oversee transition to production support and manage post-go-live activities including ticket resolution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, demos.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in project management and Agile delivery within the organization.

What You Need

• 10+ years of over all experience with 5+ years of core program management experience in healthcare technology and agile frameworks
• Proven experience in RCM workflows, payer-provider integrations, and value-based care models.
• Hands-on experience with large system implementations, especially EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, etc.).
• Very strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in project management and Agile tools: JIRA (Hands-on and must be able to write complex JQL’s), Confluence, Smart sheet, Rally; AI Tools (Hands-on).
• Experience with AI/LLM tools(e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) including prompt engineering and practical application to improve workflows, processes, or team efficiency.
• Experience with healthcare data formats: CCDA, HL7, FHIR.
• Familiarity with APIs, SQL, BI tools, and automation concepts.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with government healthcare programs is a plus..
