IT Quality & Testing Manager (New Health Care Company) – Bangalore

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As the IT Quality & Testing Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Setting up the IT Quality standards, framework, and organization for the New Health Care Company.
• Implementing systems and processes for the New Health Care Company that enable management and governance of IT Quality and Testing.
• Leading IT Quality and Testing activities for the ERP Program of the New Health Care Company, working with partners and other functional teams.
• Coordinating and supporting Computer Systems Validation activities across the New Health Care Company.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university
• 5+ years of experience in IT Quality, Computer Systems Validation, or IT Testing.
• 10+ years of experience in large scale IT Organizations
• 5+ years of experience in Management of IT team(s)

Work location: Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
