Role : The Digital Workplace Pre-Sales Solution Architects are a key contributor in the development of winning solutions from 3i Infotech. This includes working with clients consultatively and in formal RFP processes to design compelling service and technical solutions that enable clients to meet their business challenges. They are a key contributor to the win themes and strategy, and an expert in their field with experience in outsourcing and managed services in Digital Workplace / End User Compute.
Responsibilities :
- The Solution Architect is a client-facing member of the solutions team and is responsible for helping shape client requirements and identifying innovative and competitive solutions to meet their business needs.
- Align client business requirements with relevant 3i Infotech portfolio offerings and create new innovative solutions where there are gaps or opportunities.
- Analyze customer business needs for their area of expertise and use industry best practices to develop the most optimal solutions for clients.
- Accountable for the Digital Workplace scope (End User IT Management) within a deal, taking total responsibility for all elements, including Service, Architecture, Security, Cost, 3rd Parties, HR, Transition, Transformation, and Risk.
- Maintain a robust understanding of the breadth of 3i Infotech Portfolio options, alternative non-portfolio options, future offerings, and competitive market options.
- Work with procurement to effectively engage with 3rd parties and constructively challenge key stakeholders.
- Support the sales team in developing winning propositions, including writing proposal elements, developing costings and models, and delivering presentations to clients and internal teams.
- Produce exceptional customer-facing documents, including drafting content, presentations, and proposals.
- Accountable for delivery assurance and handover of designed solutions to the operational teams.
- Get the required solution design approvals from the business and delivery per existing processes and secure buy-in from business stakeholders.
- Utilize 3i Infotech methodologies/procedures to develop and manage solution requirements.
- Support contract negotiations, especially around all technical and solution elements (including cost impact) of their area of expertise.
- Lead overall solutions for small, single practice opportunities with limited Digital Workplace scope and complexity as required.
Must Have Knowledge On:
- Technical Knowledge (High Level) Experience with: ServiceNow/BMC Remedy/Symphony Summit/Manage Engine/Fresh Desk ITSM Service Desk telephony solutions, Service Desk remote support tooling.
- End User management, Network Management, Contact Channels: Chat, Chat Bot, Mobile Apps, Nexthink/Lakeside.
- Microsoft End Point Manager, Automation, VMware Workspace One, Citrix Endpoint Manager, Jamf Pro, Application Compatibility technologies.
- M365: Office, Sharepoint, One Drive, Exchange, Teams, Meeting Rooms, Applications, Security.
- Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Multi-factor Authentication, Google Workspace & Meeting Rooms.
- Virtual Workplace: MS Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware Microsoft Cloud Print, Secure, Pull, Follow me, Mobile printing technologies.
- IT Asset Management (HAM & SAM) technologies.
- Accessibility software.
