Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Modeler to join our Animation Department at CoreEHS in Surat. You will be responsible for bringing industrial concepts to life by creating high-quality 3D assets, from initial modeling to final engine integration. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys "hard-surface" modeling and wants to contribute to global safety through immersive technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Pipeline Ownership: Take 2D concepts/blueprints and push them through the entire production pipeline (Modeling $\rightarrow$ Texturing $\rightarrow$ Engine Integration).
• Asset Creation: Develop high-quality 3D models and realistic textures using Blender and Adobe Photoshop.
• Technical Optimization: Ensure models are optimized for performance (Low-poly/High-poly balance) suitable for our real-time engines.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct self-testing and QA on assets to ensure they meet technical and visual specifications before final delivery.
• Collaborative Design: Work closely with the safety automation team to address feedback and iterate on designs to meet specific project requirements.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience: 03 Years (Freshers with a strong portfolio are highly encouraged).
• Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Blender and Photoshop is mandatory.
• Technical Eye: A strong understanding of scale, proportion, and industrial detailing.
• Soft Skills: Must be a team player with a willingness to learn studio-specific workflows and respect production deadlines.
• Portfolio: Applicants must provide a link to their digital portfolio (Behance, ArtStation, or Google Drive).
