We’re looking for a senior 3D Generalist who leads outcomes—not just tasks.

This role is for someone who owns delivery end-to-end, manages people and clients confidently, and refuses to compromise on quality.

• Own complete 3D project delivery from requirement understanding to final output
• Communicate directly with clients on scope, timelines, revisions, and expectations
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the 3D production team
• Review and approve all 3D outputs (modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation)
• Set and enforce quality benchmarks across projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously without deadline slippage
• Track tasks, timelines, and dependencies; submit clear progress reports to management
• Take responsibility for delivery issues and resolve them proactively
