Job summary

Cynosure Corporate Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented 3D CAD Modeling Engineer to develop precise models, assemblies, and drawings for product development. You will work with design, R&D, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and adherence to GD&T standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of CAD experience, proficiency in SolidWorks/AutoCAD/Creo/CATIA/NX, and strong attention to detail. This role requires good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE/BTech in Mechanical / Automobile / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in 3D CAD modeling and drafting.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks / AutoCAD / Creo / CATIA / NX).
• Strong understanding of GD&T, tolerances, and mechanical design fundamentals.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using CAD software.
• Interpret design requirements, sketches, and specifications to create accurate CAD models.
• Prepare BOM, technical documentation, and drawing reports for production and manufacturing.
• Ensure models adhere to GD&T standards, tolerances, and engineering principles.
• Collaborate with design, R&D, and production teams to support prototype and product development.
• Modify and update models based on feedback, feasibility, and quality checks.
• Maintain version control and structured documentation of all design files.
