Job summary

Airvin Skills is seeking a Clinical Data Associate to assist in the collection, entry, and quality checking of clinical trial data under the guidance of the Clinical Data Manager. The role ensures datasets are accurate, complete, and ready for analysis in line with study protocols and regulatory standards.

You will enter and verify study data in EDC/CRFs, perform data cleaning, raise data queries, and support database testing and data transfers, maintaining documentation and adhering to GCP and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in clinical data management or clinical research (freshers preferred).
• Basic understanding of clinical trial processes and GCP.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enter and verify study data in electronic data capture (EDC) systems or case report forms (CRFs).
• Perform routine data cleaning, including identifying missing, inconsistent, or out-of-range values.
• Raise and track data queries with sites and follow up on resolution.
• Assist with database testing, data reconciliation (e.g., adverse event or lab data), and coding support (MedDRA, WHO-Drug).
• Maintain data management documentation and study files.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, data privacy requirements, and company SOPs.
• Support database lock activities and data transfers.
