Job Type: 6 months Contract

Responsibilities: -

• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate security threats using advanced threat detection and response tools.
• Conduct regular security risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability scans, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Lead and manage cybersecurity incidents, including detection, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Design, implement, and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines aligned with industry best practices.
• Oversee the security of cloud infrastructure, ensuring compliance with regulations and protecting data integrity and confidentiality.
• Manage firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other network security tools to protect the organization's assets.
• Implement and monitor identity and access management solutions, ensuring secure access control for users and systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, or NIST, and support internal and external audits.
• Conduct employee cybersecurity awareness training programs to foster a culture of security.
• Stay updated with emerging cybersecurity trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend their integration into the organization’s security ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are preferred.
• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles, including threat management, incident response, and risk assessment.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, or PCI DSS.
• Expertise in network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.
