Job Responsibilities:
- Job Posting and Sourcing:
Create compelling job descriptions and post them on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
Source candidates through a variety of channels including online job boards, social networks, and professional associations.
- Screening and Interviewing:
Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Utilize various interviewing techniques to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Experience Management:
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining communication throughout the recruitment process.
Provide feedback to candidates and manage expectations regarding the hiring timeline.
- Relationship Building:
Build and maintain relationships with universities, technical schools, and industry organizations to create a talent pipeline.
Network with potential candidates through professional groups and industry events.
- Employer Branding:
Promote the company as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing to develop employer branding materials and campaigns.
- Onboarding and Retention:
Work with HR and department heads to develop and execute an effective onboarding process.
Monitor new hires’ integration and work to enhance employee retention strategies.
- Metrics and Reporting:
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Prepare and present recruitment reports to senior management.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Stay updated on best practices in talent acquisition and implement process improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Education: MBA/PGDBA/MSW/Degree in Business Administration/Social Science
- Experience: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector at least 10 years.
Experience in managing the full recruitment cycle and using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
