Urgently Hiring IT RECRUITER (Freshers/ Experience- 6months in recruitment/sales)- Work from Office – Immediate Joiner

Qualification: Must be graduate in BCA/ B.Tech/ BSC (IT)/ MCA

Location: New Alipore, Kolkata

NOTE: B.tech (mechanical or civil) can only apply if they have experience in sales/ recruitment), fresher with this graduation do not apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Upgrade your skills by working on end-to-end recruitment for leading MNC companies.
• Sourcing candidates from various job portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, and LinkedIn.
• Screening the candidate’s resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
• Assessing knowledge, communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant.
• Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.
• Maintaining good relationships with candidates.

Requirements:
