Job Title: Technical Support Voice
Work Location: Hyderabad

UG / Graduate Experienced in Technical Support Voice process can apply for this Job.

Immediate Joiner Required.

Shift: Rotational Shift

Week Off: 5 days working (2 days rotational week off)

Job Role:

  • Technical Support Voice Process
  • Taking calls, solving customer technical issues and complaints.
Requirements

Candidate should have:

  1. Good communication skills.
  2. Ability to take calls over the phone, which involves working in different time zones.
  3. Experience in taking calls from global clients and initiating the right responses positively and professionally.
  4. Flexibility to work in shifts.
  5. Excellent English – both verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  7. Good technical knowledge.
