Job Description – IT Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. 1-2 Years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
2. Strong knowledge of core technical domains (e.g., Windows, Networking, Outlook configuration, etc.).
3. Handle support tickets and audits as per established processes.
4. Provide support for internal customers and basic support for external clients.
5. Act as the single point of contact for client’s trouble tickets with respect to IT Infrastructure.
6. Ensure effective transition of trouble tickets across shifts, escalating as needed.
7. Investigate, analyze, fix, and document permanent solutions.
8. Create and maintain technical documentation using defined templates.
9. Ensure end-to-end delivery of projects and execute related tasks effectively.
10. Respond quickly to customer needs.
11. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
12. Be self-motivated and able to quickly identify challenges and provide solutions.
13. Effectively meet timelines, priorities, and quality goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
