Day-to-day Responsibilities and Skills

  1. Single point of contact for client’s trouble tickets with respect to IT Infrastructure
  2. Effective transition of trouble tickets across shifts, escalation as needed
  3. Deep knowledge of the core hard skills enabling to perform core functions effectively
  4. Quick response for the customer needs
  5. Investigate, analyze, fix, and document permanent solutions
  6. Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates
  7. Ensures end-to-end delivery of projects, and executes related tasks effectively
  8. Identifies risks, creates mitigation strategies and plans, and executes them in a timely manner, keeping all stakeholders informed about the progress, as well as escalating to the right levels at right times (ensuring zero surprises)
  9. Any other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

Minimum Requirements

  1. 1-3 Years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer and/or
  2. Intermediate, but strong knowledge of core technical domain (e.g. Windows, Networking, etc.)
  3. Zeal to learn and acquire skills
  4. Expected to deliver small to medium functionality independently most of the time
  5. Able to handle support tickets and audits as per established processes independently
  6. Typically paired with Engineer-3 who would be monitoring the work done and helping to reach the next level

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
