Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Delhi.

Job Type: Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists the organization personnel for making complex correspondence, personnel records and documents
  • Manage the complex reporting, travel itineraries, staff memberships, etc.
  • To Schedule, coordinate and maintain calendar and travel itineraries for one or more individuals within the organization
  • Make meeting and travel arrangements which includes ground transportation, Hotel / Flight / Visa assistance as needed
  • Assists the organization with various Business transformation projects, which may include researching issues and drafting documents for review by the assigning staff member
  • Liaise with various departments and cross functional teams for follow ups and reports
  • Manages the administrative work where appropriate
  • Maintain a well organized file system conducive to the needs of the business lines
  • Assist in making MIS reports and other monthly reports
  • Assists new staff on-boarding for both employees and contractors
  • Conduct directed internet based research and summarize findings in an organized manner
  • Updates and maintains organization charts
  • Should be able to attend meetings/ calls with the leadership team in the late evening if required
  • Performs other duties as directed.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent administrative and word processing skills
  • Must be proactive and a self-starter
  • Applied advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Access (Windows)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels of staff members and varied work styles
  • Excellent problem solving skills. Must be able to find solutions with minimal direction
  • Possess outstanding organizational skills
  • Possess analytical ability to gather and summarize data for reports
  • Capable of utilizing discretion in managing confidential or sensitive information
  • Be a team player, dealing effectively with co-workers and internal clients at all levels
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment that requires multi-tasking
  • Availability for some overtime work required
  • 5+ years of similar progressive experience required
