Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in India seeks an Ethernet Validation Engineer for the SDV project in Braking Systems. You will validate ECU software, perform test design, automation, and verification in a stringent automotive environment.

The role requires 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Ethernet, CAPL, Python, and HIL/ETAS tools, along with strong communication and Scrum exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ethernet in Automotive / Braking domain.
• Knowledge on Profile activation and Reason for Rejection.
• Knowledge on SOME/IP Service Discovery (SD).
• Knowledge on Wakeup and Shutdown sequence.
• Programming skills, Python / CAPL.
• Experience in ECU-Test.
• Experience in Hardware In Loop (HIL) ETAS test environment.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work independently.
• Exposure to Scrum practice.
• Exposure to ASPICE.

Responsibilities

• Analyse requirements and design tests using appropriate techniques.
• Derive test specifications and automate tests where possible.
• Execute tests and analyse results to identify defects and root causes.
• Manage defects and verify fixes with traceability to requirements.
• Collaborate with agile teams and stakeholders to ensure SDV project milestones.

• Associate should be familiar with Requirement analysis, Test Design using appropriate Design Techniques, Derive Test specification, Test Automation, Test Execution, Result Analysis and Defect Management
