Job summary

ServiceMax Janitorial, LLC in Memphis, TN is seeking a 1st shift Janitorial Supervisor and Lead. You will oversee cleaning services, perform quality checks with client scorecards, and ensure timely completion while managing inventory for client consumables. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Requirements

• Ability to manage effectively with good communication and people skills with positive and outgoing attitude, problem solver, fast-paced, capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Must be over the age of 21 with a valid Driver’s License

Duties include

• Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner
• Quality control of services performed using customized scorecards
• Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of our client's consumables inventory
• Ability to professionally communicate effective with team members, upper management and customers
• Strong ability to effectively resolve conflict
