Job summary

EXL Talent Acquisition Team in Gurgaon is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant with strong SQL, Hive, Python and Tableau expertise to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that turn raw data into insights.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs, craft complex SQL queries, build Tableau dashboards, optimize data models, and ensure data accuracy while staying current with Tableau features. Prior exposure to Payments and Fraud domains and ML concepts is a plus.

Job Title: Consultant/Senior ConsultantLocation: GurgaonJob Description: We are hiring consultant/senior consultant with expertise in SQL, Hive, Python, Tableau and good exposure to Machine Learning would be an advantage. Must be able to work independently with multiple stakeholders. For BI task, you will design, develop, and maintain excel and Tableau solutions, transforming raw data into actionable insights and work independently. Collaborate with stakeholders, write SQL queries, and utilize Hive and Python for data manipulation. Ensure data accuracy, provide technical support, and stay updated with the latest Tableau features. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail required. Prior experience with Payments and fraud domain is preferred.
