Qualifications

• CKA certification mandatory.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting required.
• Kubernetes administration and L3 troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of virtualization like vSphere, OpenStack, Ovirt, KVM.
• Production Kubernetes cluster operations, incident handling and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture: control plane, nodes, networking, storage, workloads.
• Ability to handle P1/P2/P3 incidents and escalations within SLA.
• Hands-on Kubernetes upgrades, patching and maintenance.
• Solid experience with container runtimes: containerd, CRI-O, Docker, CRI.
• Experience with container registries, Harbor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 247/on-call customer support as required.
• Handle customer escalations at OS and Kubernetes levels.
• Resolve customer production issues and participate in incident bridges.
• Perform RCA for critical incidents and track tickets within SLA.
• Coordinate with multiple teams (compute, network, storage, security).
• Ensure production changes follow the change-management process.
• Prepare technical documentation and operational procedures.

Mandatory Skills
